I have seven new polished stainless steel vents 16 1/2" by 2 3/4" for a 15 1/2" by 1 7/8" hole. The louvers are flush with the outside flanges of the vents. I also have two plastic collection boxes for the vents that allow 3" blower hose to connect directly to a vent. $20 per vent plus shipping. The collectors are free if you take all the vents.
