Merc HP500 parts for sale
All parts are in La Quinta California. Shipping not included. Paypal preferred, but whatever it takes.
Carb off 1996 HP500, 800cfm Holley, stagger jetted, 50cc pumps/w 35 squirters, elect choke. Merc racing Blue powder coat needs a little touchup, runs great. $350
Corsa switchable exhaust system/w elect actuators and Y pipe $275 for everything.
088 Heads. 1 is cracked between valve seats, and lost the ex seat. Head has some damage but can be repaired if you feel more ambitious then me. The other head is good. both were fitted with 11/32 guides, bowls blended, matched and chambers polished and de-shrouded. Chambers are 122cc. flowed [email protected], [email protected]. Guide plates and studs included. $100
HP500 Thunderbolt 4 ignition system. Distributor, module (HP V8), and rev limiter $250
Merc Coupler for HP500. Approx 250 hours. $75
