Great build! Nice flat torque curve..... I am building a stock stroke 454 now and looking to build a very similar setup less about 40HP..... That is exactly the kind of power I am looking for...... Great deal for someone....

Thanks for the bump. I thought this motor has sold several times now but yes for now it is still available. Can sell it as longblock to complete turnkey with exhaust. Have a garage full of parts to list

Hey cig, sorry I missed your PM. Haven't renewed my membership. Email me at [email protected]. I've had good dealings with many members on here. Sold several motors and numerous parts as well as a few hulls. Could be wrong but don't think there's been a complaint with any of them.
Sidney - the build is a 496" with a forged eagle kit. I believe the carb is an 850 4150 but I'll check tomorrow. Really is a nice build, I've known the champion guys since we worked together at sterling and ilmor. They're doing a set of motors for my skater, that's why I'm looking to move some extra motors. No problem to ship, sent a procharged 502 to vancouver, 522" to Ontario, etc.
If anyone's local I can do the install at my shop for cheap as well. Let me know if there are any other questions.

I actually had the same thoughts! I am running EMI Thunder on my current set up. Bravo set up. I am not sure the Gil's would work. What is your thoughts? I currently have a 468" roller set up. I will send you a pic. We didn't Dyno but should be somewhere around 500hp. I wanted to build about 650-700 hp., but then you know what would also be required. NEW DRIVE ! Way more expense.
