Titan Model 20 Surge-O-Matic Actuator for disk trailer brakes. I had a new trailer built for my boat in 2005 and this actuator was installed at that time. I converted to electric over hydraulic and I replaced this with a fixed coupler. I have used the trailer to bring the boat to the lake in the spring and back to storage in the fall. Probably has about 500-600 miles of use since new. It is painted silver. I have the original owners manual and the reverse lockout solenoid is included. $150
