Figured id give this a whirl & see if it'll catch on

A lot of members, myself included find some exceptional deals off c.l in their region but either dont share or it gets tossed wherever on this site only to eventually be dead links that litter the site.

Find some good deals, rare finds etc.......post a item description & where to find it or better yet a link. Hope this works.

I though the same thing mike. Put up a seperate forum in the Swap Shop just for C/L. And also on the donzi reg. they will post a link and copy past the complete add. So if the link does go down the info is still obtainable just incase it was never sold just exspired.

I agree, I purchased several items from brother OSO'ers when I was rebuilding my boat and luckily have not had any problems. It would be nice to be able to rate sellers in order for others to feel confident about a sellers integrity. The Power Boat community is a realatively tight community and should not see many if any bad sellers. But I'm sure they are out there...

THIS IS A WARNING ABOUT CRAIGSLIST. My Sisters fiance Steveo Dufresne went to meet a guy that had listed a Yamaha YZ250 blue dirt bike on Craigslist. His phone number is 860-913-7345. He listed the bike for $1300, and he told him he was in Hartford, right outside of Windsor. Complete lie! Steve was robbed at gunpoint last night, and hit a couple times! He was robbed of $500 and his car keys, but it could have been much worse! He could have lost his life! If you see this ad on craigslist, please contact the Hartford Police Department ASAP! Please be careful when listing or buying anything from Craigslist. Do not do these transactions alone, and try to make the transaction in a public place! Please share this everywhere to help us catch this *******!
