Can you get me pictures of the transome assembly? What needs to be done to it? I will more then likly take that as long as it is not a total roach.

Definitely not roached. Little play in tiller arm and bottom of gimbal ring. Probably pin and bushings everything else is good. Outside paint is good little corrosion at top of gimble ring on the inside. Wouldn't take much. Post pics shortly.

questions about the interior for sure..I have a 88 baja sitting in the driveway..what color combo is it? What is wrong with the imco upper? And also interested in the stainless thero housing..send pics to [email protected] when you get a chance..I will try to give you a call in a little bit..cause I have some questions about some other stuff in the boat that would be usefull only in a baja..

Sorry about the no reply on the gauges... But they are sold. I just put a new harness in the boat for gauges and ignition. Not sure what I have for senders maybe oil pressure, oil buzzer and fuel which is adjustable float. I also have brand new engine harness.

I have a brand new full cover for 28 footer paid $700 let go for $350 but nothing for 24...

Just to let you guys know the dart intake is sold but not to me...no where on this trend did i see it was sold and sent a few emails to black baja because he supposedly deleted them by mistake.. so i just didnt want to see anyone waste their time like i did..

are you looking to sell the exhaust? If so how much and are these dry tails? Will they fit on a merlin 540 block?

I'll sell the exhaust separate. Cmi's totally dry. Bravo exit. Will work very well on you 540. $1400 plus shipping.

What happened to the boat in that damaged it beyond repair? Let's see some pics of the damage.

It put a nice big rip in the hull about 3ft long with about a 12"x12" chunk at the end of the rip I'd have to take the boat off the trailor to get some good pics. The hull is balsa cored. There is coring sticking out. The proper way to fix the hull is from the inside out. It would require to remove the interior and flooring to do so. Your talking a lot of labor to fix a boat that isn't worth anything... It could be patched together from the outside but I'm not gonna do it and I've seen what happens when boats are'nt repaire correctly and they delaminate... This can be a very bad thing when you get up around 100. Just imagine running wide open with one trim tab all the way in the water.

This is very true!! I was driving a black baja years ago and about 15ft of the hull delaminated at about 70mph. Almost flipped it!!! It was a scary thing to experience! That hull went in the trash!!

I know a guy that had one come apart at 160mph and almost lost it. Boat was repaired from the outside and did the same thing. It was then repaired from the inside and lasted until the repo man picked her up...
