I have a 468ci BBC with Merlin rectangle port heads, forged internals, 9.5 to 1 comp. Could I run a blower like this ? I have heard with my comp. this high , that I could not. I have speed pro dome top pistons. Hydraulic roller camshaft.

you can run this with 9.5 compression. Run the largest pulley and pull some timing out of it and you will be fine. The motor this was on had a little over 9:1 and I ran pump gas at 34 degrees with no detonation.
The intercooler is the key to being able to do this. The charge is cool coming in and the boost referenced secondaries keep the fuel/air ratio on the rich side.
