ha ha . kev you returned them .part that gets me is i gave him a box with my name and address on it. all ne had to do was put em in the box and send em .never gonna happen again thay were the nascar style with wheels .bummer

yes i know the motor very well .sold it to the guy .he showed up with no way to secure it in his truck .i loaned him the rolling stands its currently sitting on .thread got off track but its a very nice motor .complete cmi headers with tails runs mint .think 130 hrs . no idea why im helping him

not trying to hijack this thread, but I,ve got a 525 SC I was getting ready to separate and sell.

It's was originally a 454 mag that got forged pistons, edelbrock aluminum heads w/ inconel ex. valves, a crane 731 roller cam, weiand 177 blower, superchiller intercooler, and boost referenced 4150 flange 950cfm carb.

I have less than 50 hours on everything. It was a second boat so I hardly used it.

I will sell this with MSD distributor, pullies, belts, hoses, etc. but WITHOUT headers. asking $7500 OBO. pm me or email me [email protected].

How can ya trust a guy that steals stands..... The bad things is the only hope you have of getting them back us if he sells the motor. Better hope the buyer has a way to secure them to there truck.... I feel for ya man I get tools and stuff like that borrowed all the time and have to hunt them down or lose them forever.

I may be interested in this motor for a friend, not until the stand issue is resolved though.

i have a ? you say your trying to recoup from sandy rite? How much water did the motor take if any after sandy blew through...

not trying to blow the sale but you never know...

Thanks Gordon, appreciate the help and glad we cleared it up...

Now about the motor....about 132 hrs, new lower supercharger intake, new starter. CMI Etop w/air activated silent choice tails. Motor was ran for me when i bought it and i can do the same....It was one of three motors that were in a fountain.

PS. The motor is not in the same location of my home that got hit by Sandy so no the motor was not affected.

Funny thing is I was referring to myself when mentioning the bundle option but didn't want to initiate contact due to the unresolved issue. I'm curious, where would you stand on an asking price without the exhaust?
