To be clear, this is the SS hull (22 degree deadrise), not the LS hull (24 degree deadrise)?

Not sure on dead rise but as the heading states yes it is an SS. (I've seen the boat)

I've owned both the 242 SS and LS. The hulls are identical, both are 24 degree deadrise. The deck and cabin are different between the two in that the LS has a longer bow and smaller cockpit and the SS has a smaller cabin and larger cockpit. LS is slightly faster due to better weight distribution. I really enjoyed my SS- tons of room for a 24 foot boat. You should post some pictures Gordon.

Correct 223 SS and LS have 22* deadrise. The 242 SS and LS are 24* deadrise
