Speakers and Head Unit

Speakers and Head Unit
2- Polk Ex Series II EX2560 6.5" component speakers
2- Kicker Impulse 600M 6.5" Coax speakers
1- Sony CDX-RA700 head unit w/ remote. FM/AM/CD
All are used, not sure how old. Took them out of my cig, they were in boat when I bought it. Work well when anchored, but cant really hear too well when up on plane. The head also fell out on me twice when running in rough water, not sure why. Not sure what they are worth, I upgraded to JL speakers and a Kenwood head unit. Asking $350 or any reasonable offer, I have no need for them.
