Hi,
I have a 2004? BMax outdrive (1.5 to 1) and transom assembly all with 26 hours on it. We never really used the boat, that is why the hours are low and i am selling since a steering ram failed. I called the bravoshop and they explained that none of the parts are availabe now for the the transome assemble a and steering. BUT...the drive is still good!!
I will seperate the package and sell the drive only. I'm looking for the best offer...please no stupid low ball offers.
The Bravo Shop said the transom assembly may be good for someone that has the same assembly and wants to purchase what I have for spare parts...since you can't get parts anymore.
Pictures upon request and feel free to call or text me at 631-478-5124
If you are wondering about the boat...it is/was bolted to a Zodiac 640 that Dean had built to demo the BMax drive mated to a diesel engine. (I just sold the engine)
I'm located on the east end of Long Island
Thanks,
Joe

My guess is BMax had its own "makeshift" transom assembly that I believe they have "reengineered" just like they "reengineered" the Bmax drive..........So the old parts are not being made anymore and the new parts will not start being made until the new assembly is updated. Plus it is a perfect excuse for when something breaks...."that was the old stuff, the new stuff is much better!"
Sound like something you might have heard of Dr.????

Yup. One part broke and.......
The big thing is that the engine package was never really a great match fir the boat anyway. So this is all a good excuse to mount an outboard on it and move on. Thanks for the offer if the part but I'm more interested in selling what I have. If I find a buyer I'll send them your way for the ram
For what I am told the drive is still a great Bmax drive and would boot up to MERC stuff. You guys would know better than me maybe
Thanks
Joe
