I have a labbed 28 Hydromotive 4 blade prop. It came on my 280 Velocity that I bought last year. It isn't the best all around prop for my uses. I don't know the info on who labbed the prop or what was done to it. It came off my 28 Velocity with stock 496. Boat did 73-74mph light load with it. I can email/text pictures. If the boat/prop came from Velocity the prop was likely labbed by Hall's propeller. Good props.
