Default two free 454 motors from fire

extract them and they are yours... both motors worked fine- fro a 29 formula. 20 miles north of nyc. motor covered with vinyl which comes off... a nice winter project...motors had 100 hours with recent rebuild.

you can cut the entire transom out with drives and all with a good chainsaw. then the rest of boat can be trailered away.. be quickest and cheapest way if the hull is already no good.

motors still have to be lifted or supported somehow or the back will just fall down into the bilge when transom assemblies are removed
