Need help with my i-kam.Took some video, downloaded the media player, hook up the glasses to usb port, open media player and I can click on either set date/time or download video and window pops up saying i-kam device not found. Don't see anything about video anywhere. Any advice from anyone who has gotten theirs onto the computer would be appreciated.

Quick FYI: I bought these to use when I race at various tracks around the region.......they don't fit inside a helmet!!!!

I sent your message to the guy that does my pc stuff. PM your number and I'll have him call you. He says it may be a compatibility setting on your computer.
I wish I knew what to say. I haven't had anyone with any problems.

I've hooked mine to my PC and played some test video. My PC recognizes it just like a Flashdrive plugged in into the USB port.
Go to My computer and Click on the drive its in and open it. Each Video is a separate file. You should be able to just copy or move the file.
It plays video on my Windows Media Player.
