CT Rice #3-#5 not sure if Jamie still has the extra set. If not they are not to bad to come across. If your TRS and looking to upgrade this is a great way. Much stronger and I believe shorter.

They need Ssm specific gimbals, I sold the extra set last year. Rpmram and a few others on here have listed sets for a reasonable price. They are much stronger than trs, and cheaper than Konrad, just more work.

Well I've been thinking about upgrading from trs. Do you have to redo your transom and can I still use the transmissions that I have powering the trs? Also are gimbals hard to find?

i have a set of gimbles that i would sell. the tail stock for a trs is different than the speedmaster but can be changed to allow you to reuse your transmission. your motors will have to be moved back a few inches but its not a big deal. its worth the work not to have to worry about your drives

its minor if you're capable of some fiberglass work and some minor mechanical... have done the change a few times and never looked back!!
