Do they leak? IS that the kind of work they need?

No clue never used them or pressure tested them. The adapters/studs will take a bit of work to remove and the finish shows wear so i would recommend refinishing them. I just bought them off ebay and the risers were misrepresented so I went a different route. Figured I'd dump these cheap rather than put time into them.
