i am completely confused now. do you hydraulic steering or cable steering or cable over hydraulic? i ask because when i put full hydraulic steering on one of my other boats someone had said to cut the tiller arm. which is not a big deal because A don't know if i did, and if i did i have one i can put on. if you have hydarulic steering you don't need it. if you don't have hydraulic steering then i need to pull it out of the rafters and check to see if it is on it or not.
