How many hours on them and what year were they made or how old are they?

What does tall or short deck have to do with the inter cooler? Only makes a difference for the intake

The whipple intakes I've seen come.in short deck flavor ,add spacers to suit

You are right, it may not make a difference with these particular inner coolers. I know Whipple makes an integrated inner cooler with the intake manifold all in one piece. I guess there is always a way of finding out the answer,-----but I wasn't sure, I don't do this stuff everyday, that is why I am asking the him the question.
