Who added the cupping to the props.?

I bought these as a test set used.... so I could try them because I put new motors with more HP than I had before. The gentleman that I bought them from sold them to me as stock but my boat mechanic said they have had cup added. So I am in a he said she said moment....But I trust my boat mechanic more... I been friends with him for 15 years.....He has been in the business for 30 years....

What were speeds at lower cruise rpms? 35-4000? 1.5 ratio?

3500 was about 48 mph and 4000 - 57 mph.....
