I've potentially found another hull that will better fit my needs and get me in the water with less time and money. I am listiing this as whole or parts but unless the hull sells, I won't sell anything separately so I am listing this to gauge interest.
The boat last was in the water 2 years ago with no issues. It's by far the nicest sub 30ft I've ever been in with respect to big water, it's a tank!! Not the fastest but it did push 70 mph/gps with bone stock 502/415's and TRS's. Hull seems to be solid, No soft spots...
I stopped running it when the last piston on the port motor melted due to a lean condition. With out time to rebuild and I would have done both so they'd match, I had a chance to purchase 2 454/420, never been apart, 50 hour bobtails.
**Engines: I purchased them from a Mercruiser service facility that upgraded a clients Cigarette in the 90's with bigger power. The owner of the marina told me that he bought the 420's from his client so to keep as spares for his own Cig but never needed them. The day he took them out they had less than 60 hours registered, he pickled them and properly indoored stored them until 2 years ago when I purchased them. Prior to the purchase he had his tech replace all secondary gaskets, plugs, oil and perform a compression test. He then put them on carts and ran them both. Then ran flawlessly. I was so comfortable speaking with the owner and tech that I wired them the money and bought without going to see them. When they arrived they were perfect and looked like they did in the 90's, 0 corrosion... They are carb to oil pan and can be sold with or with out the Gil's and risers. I prefer to sell both but if the boat sells, I will split them up.
**TRS gimbals and drives: 2 sets. The first set on the boat are ugly but worked well. gimals have typical play with age but the external steering disguises it. With the intent of restoration, I purchased from an OSO member a frest rebuilt set, rebuilt by TNT. When I received them, I glass beaded them and they are currently in green zinc primer and will look new when painted. I also purchased a set of drives from a Konrad conversion and fanatically maintained mechanically. They are currently sand blasted. Again, I'm oly interested in selling this stuff if the hull goes first.
**Latham external steering from helm to transom operated perfectly and previous owner told me was installed just prior to 2007.
**Kplanes and pumps
**KieKhaefer separate controls from early top gun in very nice cond with built in trim switch
**Original Bolster seats in decent cond but need cleaning
**Rear seat, structure rebuilt with new marine plywood and epoxy coated but kept original uhpolstery. If I keep I'd redo all of the vinyl.
I also have:
Dart Hp500 style intake and 800 cfm Holley (all powder coated Merc Racing Blue)
2-marine Holley 800 cfm never run
Another set of Gils with Low rise Longer TRS dry pipes also in VG condition. Manifolds were pressure tested and are fine.
I will sell the ugly but functional drives and gimbals whether I sell the boat or not.
2-HP500 flame arrestors in very nice shape showing minor wear.
I will sell the original starboard motor whether or not the boat sells. It is
gen 6 502. removed when I removed the other but did a leakdown prior to removing because if ok I was going to leave it alone. It was but I decided to go with more of a perf cam, intake...so i pulled it. Less than a 100 hrs but when I pulled it 2 years ago, it's never moved from my shop floor and although it's been inside I did nothing to store it. I really believe it'll be fine but make me an offer not knowing because I can't guarantee it. Carb to oil pan with all accesories.
1-Gen 6 502 now 509 (I think). I should have all receipts of what was done but I'll tell you what I recall. Block was hot tanked and magnafluxed, line bore checked all oil ports chamfered, high vol oil pump (tack welded in), reconditioned stock rods, new forged pistons (either JE or Venolia) balanced rotating assembly. Pro Comp alum heads 320cc with hd springs, severe duty valves, icconel exhaust, full roller rockers, dart adj guide plates, Modest perf cam, Crane 168731 if I recall is 570/610 and 112 LS . Standard 502 intake but for the right price I will include the Dart intake and carb mentioned above. I have over $4800 in just the lower end and balancing. All work done by a well known shop in South Jersey.

I would put it on a palate as long as you set up all the shipping. I might not have a problem taking it too the shipper for you. I am close to the Port of Philadelphia, Pa. and the Port in Newark, NJ $6500 with the Dart intake and I'll also give you an HP500 flame arrestor.

I have a potential for everything. If it falls through, not that I want too, I will be entertaining parting it out.
Check out the pictures of the beautiful, like new 420's I have for it. They are in my other post but can search them in my Flickr album.
Realistically, everything that I am giving with the boat is worth more separately. I just hate to not see it get completed. The motors are true drop ins. It was already set up with BBC's. All 4 drives, 4 transom assemblies, Hydraulic steering, 280 Kplanes, sound system with amp and sub.
Look at the cabin video. The rest of the boat looked like that 3 years ago before somone ripped the cover off. Just really dirty but can clean up. Good strong F-glass lined floors with no soft spots, No blistering in hull. Bottom is original gel (previously bottom painted) so it's hiding nothing. I would really like to keep everthing together but if you want everything but motors and exhaust, make me an offer. I have a standing offer for $9500 for them.
