Good working used MSD marine box. This is the older style that has the external limiter box, which is included also. $165 shipped (within U.S.).

Did MSD quit making the separate Soft Touch Rev Control unit for the 6M-2 ?

I'm not sure if they still make the soft touch box. The new msd marine boxes have a built in rev limiter. I think i have an extra soft touch box laying around somewhere

A whole ignition box or just a rev limiter box? Or both?

Just the rev box . I installed a 6M-2 ignition box years ago but never got the rev box .

Let me look and see if I have an Extra rev limiter box. I know I have 1 that goes with the ignition box for sure, but let me see if I still have an extra laying around.
