This deal went to hell in a hand basket. The commander finally sent the "NIB inverter", full of dirt and sand, with the receptacle hanging out, and missing the control panel. Numerous attempts to get a refund failed Up to this point, I was ready to eat the 200 and move on. But, today I discovered he has decided to bash ME for this deal over on General Boater Discussion under the title of Hypothetical rip off?!! Some of you have sided with him , one going so far as not answering my info request to purchase a couple carbs. And one person suggesting someone local stop pay me a visit ?? I bought from the man due to your 173 likes, and figured there wouldn't be a problem. .He may be a nice guy, but not on this deal. I value my reputation, and am disappointed so many people are bashing me without knowing the facts. I have saved all the pms between myself and the commander, and posted them at the boaters discussion site. He now has my $200, and allegedly the control panel . Rest assured, I am honest . There is no reason not to deal with me on OSO. Anyone of you would be very disappointed if you received this non-working item. Before you decide I'm a bad OSO member, please at least read the pm's between myself and the seller.
