Ok guys. These heads were bought for "bad judgement". From one of my local parts warehouses. They were bought for his 468s and we ended up building 2 new 572s and these heads would have been a little small for those. Hints they are for sale. They were even on sale at the time. And I think they were 850 each. Obviously retail is over 1000 each. I didn't know anyone would be selling them for $750 online new. They do have stainless valves.

Also that website says ships when "call" .. So maybe you should call them and see if you can even get them for that price. But I know every idiot believes everything they see on the internet.

Curiosity got me. I called the above stated website. BAM. They said they need to take those down. Because they don't have them nor can they get them. I called edelbrock. And they asked me where I got them. Because they were casted for gm. That's why the part number doesn't start with a 6 or 7.. These are still a great deal@ 750.
From summit the same head is 1100.

Ok, so your heads, come with regular stainless exhaust valves. So anyone who buys them at your "great deal", will need to spend an additional 300 bucks for inconel exhaust valves if they want to use them in a marine application. So, they can have 1050 in some obsolete weirdo heads, with no warranty, or just buy these, that not only come with inconel valves, but also anodized.

Correct plus 500 for good springs. You can't buy a complete head with inconel usually. So yeah if you want inconel valves you gotta pay regardless. There are plenty of boats that run with stainless valves! I know of a few with over 1000hp with stainless valves. But there's a get what you pay for standard. Cheap **** is cheap ****. Including inconel! I'm not a internet worrier! I'm a guy that actually works in the ****. All I try to do is sell some good used stuff the enthusiasts on here. But that's impossible to do because everybody thinks they know better. This is why I hate ****ing forums.

I don't understand why everyone is beating this guy up. He never posted that they we a great deal or marine heads with Inconel valves. He posted parts for sale at a price. Nothing mis-leading about that. If you don't want them don't buy them. If you can get them cheaper somewhere else then buy them there.
