This is a Mercruiser Alpha One upper. Serial # 6737487. 1.50R. I bought this upper years ago to rebuild for a spare. It was disassembled and all bearings, races, gears checked and cleaned. Drive and Driven gear clearances shimmed to Merc .025" spec. Bearing preload to Merc spec for used bearings. All new Mercruiser upper seals and O rings installed. Painted with Merc phantom black paint. Pressure tested @ 15psi. Drive is ready to bolt on and run.
