Thank you, it is a very clean, nice hull, that I've put a lot into. Just want something faster. Prob going to sacrifice some ride, def giving up some space.

We used to call this boat "Studio 54". The cockpit has a TON of room the girls used as a dance floor. Cabin was also very roomy and completely redone. I haven't been down there in a few years, but 4 yrs ago it looked brand new. Very cool hull with TONS of history.TXHAWK here on the boards really should buy this boat back and give her the love she deserves. This boat ran 82 MPH with 700's and IMCO extreme drives. It was a bad ass rig.

Red you going to a stepped hull ?
|
God I wish! Nope still old school with some new school mixed in.
Building a 40 fountain, big inch motors 3's sit down poker run cockpit, vee birth and storage only in the cabin. If the hawk sells rigged I have a lead on a pair 4's with boxes. |
Lot of boat for the money here. Will separate anything out of it and sell right down to just the fiberglass
|
Will trade the whole boat minus power for a pair of Ssm 4 or 5 drives gimbals and a little cash or wet 6's or nxt's with gimbals. Just throwing it out there.
Will sell 3's and gimbals for $8,000 $10,000 with steering |

God no, I can't believe someone paid that much for that boat. That boat was right up the street from me. Mine was from Falmouth. It's white, with gray, blue and red.

Will include exhaust at the right price. Cmi sport tube straight back headers with tails.
|
What size are the props and how much would you sell them for?
|
Really don't want to sell parts. If the boat doesn't sell whole, all the parts are going on the new boat as I said in the first post. But if 17.25x25 roll as are worth $2000 to you I'll sell them

A lot of fond memories and good times associated with this boat!
As Kevin mentioned above, I have not seen the interior in several years, but it had a very nice interior/cabin, awesome cockpit (roomy and great for rafting), and the hull itself has classic lines. The boat ran 82 mph with the old 700's, those same engines in a 38' (actually 37' 6") 1994 Top Gun currently runs 82-83 mph so this hull is no pig. I believe Jamie has since converted it over to the SSM3 drives and they are set a little higher so it would be faster than 82 mph today with those same 700's. I really hope someone steps up and saves this boat, it's far too nice to send it out to the pasture! |
Post a picture of its old paint scheme.
I know then it would spark the interest of a few oso members for sure...... |
Funny.... Ttt
|
I would hope that someone from TEXAS would grab the boat cheap so it doesnt get cut up. If I had room, Id store it til I had time/money/motivation to rebuild her properly. It was a real fun boat

Do you have any current photos of the Hawk?
|
Email sent. Hope you like them

I guess by current photos some want to see the boat today. Well it's shrink wrapped with 4' of snow around it. So I'm sorry but pics from the last 6 months are the best I can do.
