I was really being fasicious (sp) with a low ball offer. You should be able to get more for them I'd think if they are in reasonable shape and not the old lower case design. But I was serious about being in illinois in early feb (waukegan) and would buy them for $500 each. Needs to be a smokin deal for me to listen to all the beotchin from the wife for us having to drive 150 miles out of our way to get boat parts...haha.

What's the serial number prefix letter?

$1600 for both drives. After inspection one is good the other looks like it will need bearings and upper shaft as there was some rust and pitting in them. The gears and clutch all looked good though.

Keep me in mind Esal if you don't get a taker before Feb 4 and want to blow them out for some ben franklins and no shipping.
