Low water pickup?

James, I need to know where this lower is? Paid on March 16 and still nothing in hand, lots of stories and a tracking number that does not work. No receipt or proof of insurance on your side.... I don't care if it was shipped late or its sitting in your garage, I need real answers.

This is not good

Well everything worked out great, USPS destroyed the packaging and lost the drive but it was found and delivered. I have to apologize and thank James for chasing it down and finding out what happened. Even though it was shipped and out his hands he still offered to refund everything no questions asked, you can't ask for anything more, a real good guy to deal with!

USPS on the other hand...... Not the first time they have lost items on me but most definitely the most interesting experience.
