pair of complete drop in blower motors
2 Attachment(s)
have a pair of complete drop in blower motors ..454 gen 6 plus with weiand 671 superchargers .carbs are 750 quick fuels .motors make just under 700 hp and run perfectly
very dock dock friendly ..they do have big canton oil pans and oil thermostats and large oil coolers .motors are still in the boat with no issues and will be in the run at ct river this weekend ..only reason they are being sold is I feel the boat will be more sellable with stock power as owner is moving up to a 38 cig .these motors curr push this boat to just over 100 . $18.500 complete drop ins with headers I will add more pics shortly |
that is $18,500 each, right? If for the pair, that is a killer deal!:drink:
|
That's for the pair .. They run awesome no stories extremely low hrs
|
That's a killer deal. I'm half tempted to offer $10k for one.
|
Are they just stock 454's with blowers ? or whats the rotating assembly consist of, what heads are on these and what headers
|
whats he want for boat complete?
|
70 k for boat complete with myco trailer
Elec over Hyd brakes |

yeah, what smokin said...if you know something, spill it, otherwise no need to make such a vague statement just to stir chit around hiding behind a keyboard.....it definitely seems like a good deal....if the pictures posted are current, the motors look clean, obviously you do a leak down test before buying, but smokin seems to have credibility on here.......

You think it's possible to send me some better pics. Or a little more then " low hrs" as the amount of hrs. I'm very interested but not so much without some good pics and a resonably close hr number. Don't want to buy to just tear down again. Feel free to pm me. Thanks
boat really isn't for sale going to run it 1 more year.but putting 525s in it so it will be ready |
Shot a couple videos today, first is these motors warming up at the dock, it was about 35 degrees out this morning.

yup that hustler will run just over 100 ..and yes exhaust inc with the motors .guy wants to move up to a cig so were putting it back stock so it will be a more saleable piece
and yes that was on the ct river today |
could you please measure the height of the engine from engine mount to flame arrestor or from oil pan to arrestor whatever is the easiest for you.
Thanks. |
Should be 18" from the China wall at the end of the block to the top of the flame arrester
