how long are they from the inside of the transom going foreward

that build up on them will come off in 5 minutes if you wash them with On Off bottom cleaner (muratic acid) they will look brand new, and maybe make them easier to sell. Use a brush and wear gloves its strong stuff but won't hurt the stainless.
