The motor originally had about 400 hours on it before the rebuild. The block is standard bore. Block has been honed, decked and line bored. New parts include Hastings OEM rings, new crankshaft and rod bearings standard size, crankshaft has been polished, connecting rods have been checked and resized, roller cam, cam bearings, oil pan gasket, timing chain cover gasket, rear main seal, oil gallery check valves, and timing chain. Cylinder heads have been milled, bead blasted, fresh valve job, seats have been radius cut, spring pressures have been adjusted to 125 #’s on the seat. Everything has been professionally machined on high quality equipment. The motor includes and is complete from oil pan to valve covers and from balancer to flywheel. Starter and water pump are included. The motor is perfect for someone who wants to upgrade from a 454 to a 502, who has a tired motor or who needs a motor to replace their failed unit.
