I had some spare time and pulled intake and valve covers. All looks great as expected.

If it includes what you list, I would call it a complete engine, minus ignition.

Pretty much yes. Also Includes x-over, holley fuel pump and alternator, harmonic balancer and flywheel. Less oil coolers and raw water pump.

i would think 475 plus.

Reduced $3,500. Crank and bearings look excellent. I had time over tday and pulled pan just to confirm for potential buyer. Definately shows the hours said in OT.
