i am working a deal locally for a 1980 Formula 255, has a single 260HP 350SBC and Alpha drive in it now, I have a 6.0LS engine that makes ~500HP that I want to swap in. Engine was rebuilt three years and will be complete from carb to oil pan and exhaust as well. Runs good and boat currently runs ~49mph. The Alpha Drive was rebuilt ~10 years ago right before the current owner bought the boat. It has been used every summer here in MI in freshwater only with no issues at all and serviced every year.

Willing to sell as a package deal or also open to trades for a nice Complete Bravo Drive with transom Assembly, basically everything I would need to swap the Alpha to the Bravo as I don’t see the Alpha holding up to the new power and I have a Procharger I may add down the road so need a drive that will hold up.
