im pretty sure hydros are a fixed hub.. looks like it from the pix as well.

It is interchangeable from big to small. I currently have the small hub for it. |
so if you look at the back side of the prop that hole determines what size shaft it will accept. unless the inner sleeve is removable it is a fixed hub.

Freek, all you need is a new 1.25 Merc Hub. The newer a Hydromotive props use the Merc hubs.
