Do you have a scan of the engine? Is this the engine from your race boat? If so, the number of hours get trumped by the type of hours. I'd like to see a scan of the breakdown of hours at various RPM's. Compression numbers would be great as well... Any leaks or known issues? Are the hours total engine hours since new, or hours since a rebuild or refresh? I only ask because the engine does not look aesthetically like such a low hour engine... (no offense) but it does not look necessarily pampered. Again, no offense, just trying to understand what you have, and what one should expect to find when the time comes for a refresh.

EDIT: After looking closer at the pictures, I'm wondering if what I'm perceiving as scratches and wear and tear might actually be just some dirt/dust... (which is why I'm asking the questions above) - Like I said, I hope none of what I'm asking offends in any way, I'm just trying to get an idea of what the overall condition of the engine is.

Thanks in advance

Yes this is the engine out of our race boat and most of the hours are between 5200-5400 RPM. The engine is a 2007 and these are the original hours since new, valve springs were done in November 2017. The engine is sealed and nothing has been done to it per the rules for the class we were racing. Being the engine is 11 years old, no it does not look brand new and probably has dust on it from sitting in the shop but it is in good condition and has been well maintained. Compression numbers and dyno run time is available for serious buyers.
