I have everything new- housing , ring and helmet , custom inner transom plate and all new hardware . Parts were purchased separately. Have 1 left hand drive , only thing used in the drive is the shafts and upper gears, new upper lower housings and new lower gears , seals ,bearings input shaft for BW , u joints -all OEM Merc.. Also includes a new tailstock. Was built by Colabella. also has a stainless steering mount that Bret May had manufactured for me by National Marine in Miami.

3K FOR IT ALL. will not split up parts.
