I have two new remote oil filter mounts
From "Trick Marine" (probably still a bad word)
They have 3/4" NPT in and out, problem is the oil filter thread is unusual at 1", could likely be changed to a more common size

Easy to look up filters on the WIX site. Just need to know the dimensions.

1" x 14 TPI x 3.840" ID of the mating surface
