2012 XR drives with Imco lowers
2012 Mercury Racing XR uppers with regular length Imco Sc lowers 1.50 ratio. Rebuilt last year have receipts. About 40 hours on drives. What is needed to replace regular bravos? Engine coupler? Bearing?

I am pretty sure nothing is needed to do swap other then different hubs in props for larger prop shafts. Maybe some one can correct me on this?

you are correct XR's will go right on, Gimble bearing needs to be changed out needs one with red dot. and I think with the bigger U joints you cannot trim drives all the way up to top there is not enough room in the housings.
