420hp 454 gen 4 complete drop in engine to transom. good running engine came out of my 402. I went to 572. New fuel pump, water circulating pump, sensors and alarm switches. 60 hrs on new cam, lifters, springs, pushrods, retainers, valve job, carb rebuild. Selling complete with transmission, gill dry exhaust, bell housing and transom assy, also engine to dash harness. I pulled the oil pan and intake to inspect prior to selling and have pictures.
