What is the max HP for this prop?

Depends on gearing , wot RPM, ect
A few factors here.

Not really. The shaft torque depends on gearing and rpm. I don't change the engine HP when using another gear ratio.
Do you know any limits for the prop?

​​​​Maybe I should halve now the shaft RPM by changing gears than I can go with lower rated props. 😂
