I'm building a mark 4 454 30 over, roller motor with a wieand 177 blower on it would any of these Benifit me to buy one with my build

You need wide lobe separation with a supercharger so the marine kinetics might be a good fit. I believe it’s very similar to Merc 525 cam. What else can you tell me about the engine. Heads, compression ratio, amount of boost and rpm range would be helpful.

Engine is still at machine shop getting block decked but boost the blower is set for 5-7lbs of boost heads are stock mark 4 big square port heads I had cleaned true up resealed and some port n polish work done pretty much I'm shooting for a build like the 525sc but I still need a cam valve springs and depending on how much gets taken off block push rods

It's is .30 over sealed power pistons, rpm wise it would do 4800 to 5k before

I think the specs are right where you need to be. It’s marine kinetics cam (Rmbuilder) here on oso. You could message him and see what he thinks.
