Default Pair of Mercruiser 7.4L BBC

Listing for a friend...

Set of Gen V 7.4L Big Blocks (454 BBC) that were removed from a Formula 272SR1 that spent most of its life in VA (Winchester, VA and Norfolk, VA). The boat was repowered in 1996, paperwork available for when engines were purchased.

They are complete engines - carb to pan, accessories to bell housing. Engines rotate and are not seized. Did not run them before removal - recommend rebuild.

Hours/Condition are unknown, listing as rebuildable cores. Located in Denton, MD.

Offered at $3,000 each or $5,000 for the pair. PM for contact details - cross posted on multiple forums and marketplace.

That’s a heck of a deal for that buyer. These will sit in the shop until they’re sold or I buy them and rebuild for a spare set. 😀

Please tell me how your input assists with my sale? Not to be a dick, but I am not really concerned with how your sold your set of engines. You could start your own thread about the price of items you’ve sold in the past.

As I said in my post, I am posting for a friend. He obviously isn’t concerned with them sitting in the shop and it’s his price.

Thanks for not being a dick.
