Would a stock Bravo 1 hold up to that thing? How about mounting in a boat with a stock 454 MPI?

All depends on your driving habits. I run a 525EFI with a Bravo 1X in my 28 Sunsation and have no issues.
This has the same mounts as your 454 so it will bolt right in.
