listing this for a friend and dont know a lot about it. was told it was built by Phantom boats and is a Phantom Mini but have no way to confirm it. boat is new and never rigged and sits on a nice galvanized trailer. boat and trailer look to be in great condition and this would make a great lake boat or starter boat for kids or even a fun toy for big kids. located in Clermont GA east of Atlanta. asking $1850 for the boat and trailer.

Is there a title? The transom/stern area is interesting. Most outboards in the size range for this boat would hook over the top of the transom wouldn't they? Just makes me wonder what size outboard this thing was expected to get.

no title that I know of but I will ask. there is no HIN on the transom so may have to register it as homemade? they dont title them here in GA or at least have never any of mine, just a registration. noticed that on the transom so thinking they set it up to have a jackplate as most engines would put it pretty deep but that is a guess.

I had a similar 13' spectre years ago to match my top gun at the time. Fun/dangerous boat....lol. Ran really good. I restored it to match at the time, interior, gauges, graphics etc.
Had a 50 Johnson on it and foot throttle

In Maryland all vessels with a primary or auxiliary propulsion system must be titled and registered. But it doesn't appear to be to hard to get a homemade title(VIN)/registration.
Jack Plate...Yup makes sense.
