M8 gear sets
2 sets of #M8 gears. They make a 1.30:1 overall ratio. If need be, I can swap the upper gears and make a 1.40:1 set.
They have less than 30 hours and were removed to change ratios. They were magnifluxed and are in perfect condition.
Upper gears are Mercury #43-8M0051360 and dealer cost is $4895/set. Lowers are 43-8M0079611 and dealer cost is $1570/set of 2 gears and you need 2sets per drive.
Sell the uppers for $2800/set and the lowers for $1200/set and 2 sets needed per drive
That is then $5200 to do 1 drive.

Bump.
The Mercury #43-8M0051360 uppers are also what's used in 6's to get the 1.15:1 final ratio. In the 8's, was the OEM setup for a 1350 package. No idea why Merc so proud$ of that one ratio..
