The Hampton Roads Power Boat Association is a large boat club covering most of the lower Chesapeake Bay, VA Beach, Norfolk, etc. Currently we're using email to communicate, but it would be awesome to have a forum for us in the boat club section.

How do we go about getting this done? There are lots of members of HRPA that are also OSO members.
