How do I add photo to my post? and/or avatar to my profile?

You need to be a paying member to add an avatar and upload pictures using the manage attachments link. Otherwise you can link to pictures from another site using the link tool when you are posting a reply. There are several threads in this section with better instructions on how to link to a different site.
