I upgraded my account several weeks ago to Platinum and didnt ever recieve my free Koozie's, I have sent TWO emails with no answer and no koozie's, I know its not much, but still. I didnt make up the rules, so if someone that can assist me finds this, send me a PM

When you upgraded your account did you go back and click the link for your free stuff?
