Is html turned off for everyone else? Quotes and url tags are not displaying correctly for me.

lately if I click on a link it just opens an empty page.

It may have to do with the basic membership. I have always been VIP until I missed paying up my dues. They down graded me to Registered and mine is off now too. I have since paid up to VIP again and awaiting them to up grade me. When they do I will look at mine again and let you know it changed or not.
