I am having a problem with the thread tools. When I click it the windowit opens up but behind the actual thread window. You cannot pick any choices because they are hidden by the original thread.

That was happening to me for the first few days, but stopped after I reported the issue. I figured they fixed it.

Well it works fine at my work computer. My Home computer is Windows 8 though. I am not sure if that would make a difference though.

Must be browser related; clear cache & cookies and turn off plugins.

I had to turn off my compatibility view in the tools and now everything is OK.
