Customer service is Non existant on this site
 
No one here at offshoreonly is addressing membership issues. I paid for a Platinum membership and it has yet to be updated on my
profile. What is the deal here. I have sent two emails to the membership department without any solution to my problem.

That is surprising to read! I had a issue on a shirt I never recieved, posted on here along with one other member and the next day there was a reply with a email link requesting my info and shirt size. I didn't have a chance to respond so they contacted me via emai stating order on its way!! Recieved a few days later, my shirt, and some thrown in stickers! Haven't had that kind of customer service in a long time! There is a link on here to them, they will get you taken care of !

I sent two Emails last week and one over the weekend, another one today and I also called the 310 number associated with Paypal and left a voicemail today. Still no resolution as of now. The last email even had a complete copy of my Paypal membership purchase.
